1. Bookings & Payments 
To secure a reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are processed securely via PayPal using major credit and debit cards. The remaining balance (if applicable) may be paid as agreed prior to or on the day of the tour.

2. Cancellation Policy 
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: No penalty (100% of deposit refundable). 
- Cancellations made within 72 hours: 50% of the deposit will be retained. 
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or less: 100% of the deposit will be retained. 

3. Weather Conditions 
Your safety is our priority. Sea Hawk Divers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel trips due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the deposit.

4. Customer Responsibility 
Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew. Sea Hawk Divers is not responsible for incidents resulting from failure to follow instructions or unsafe behavior.

5. Liability 
By booking a tour, customers acknowledge that marine activities involve inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Changes & Modifications 
Sea Hawk Divers reserves the right to modify itineraries or schedules when necessary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
